Storage Guidelines
We accept credit card payments only. No checks or cash payments will be accepted.
ALL vehicles stored at the Jamestown RV Storage facilities MUST be in good working order. This includes:
- All vehicles must be less than 20 years old.
- All tires must be inflated, No flats
- No broken windows
- No tarps covering vehicles. Only fitted car, boat or RV covers are allowed.
- All motorized vehicles must run in good working order and be able to be moved on short notice.
- No AC units, Furnaces, Water Heaters or Refrigerators (gas or electric) are allowed to be running while stored.
- Trickle chargers may be used where power is available.
- All vehicle must be locked and secured by owners.
- Parking is only allowed in your assigned space number.
- You must provide a current and valid registration and Insurance coverage for any vehicle you want to store.
-Storage facility access is normally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
-Rental is month to month and the Minimum stay is 1 month.
-Initial rent is prorated and charged for the balance of the month on the date you sign up. Subsequent charges are for the next full months' rent. There will be no refunds for unused days due to exiting prior to the end of the month.
-NO ONE is allowed to stay overnight in their stored vehicle on the property at anytime. Except staff members for security.
-Gate Code – Each tenant has a personal gate code to gain access to the facility. Do not share this number with anyone.
-Rent payments are due on the 1st, late on the 5th, a $15 late fee will be automatically assessed
-We REQUIRE customers set up an automatic withdrawal from your checking account, or a recurring charge on your credit card.
-No major mechanical work on your stored vehicle is allowed at the facility at any time.
-No explosives or illegal substances can be stored in your vehicle at the facility at any time.
-All tenants have free access to the onsite dump station on the south end of our building. Water is NOT drinking quality.
